Precision Steel Staircase Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:
   1. Limited Lifetime Warranty:

      Precision Steel offers a limited lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of our staircases. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

   2. One-Year Finish Warranty :

      We provide a one-year warranty on the finish of our staircases. This covers defects such as peeling, cracking, or fading under normal use and proper maintenance.

2. Warranty Exclusions:
   1. Improper Installation:

      This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation. It is essential to follow our installation guidelines and use certified professionals for installation to ensure the validity of the warranty.

   2. Misuse and Neglect:

      The warranty is void if the staircase is subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or any alteration not authorized by Precision Steel.

   3. Environmental Factors:

      Damage caused by environmental factors such as excessive humidity, extreme temperatures, or exposure to harsh chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

   4. Normal Wear and Tear:

      Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to minor dents, scratches, and surface damage, is not covered under this warranty.

3. Warranty Claim Process:
   1. To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Photographs may be required.
   2. Precision Steel reserves the right to inspect the staircase in question to determine the validity of the warranty claim.
   3. If the claim is approved, Precision Steel will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective staircase or components.
